    Nick joined the RAM sales team in our first year of trading. After securing numerous key contracts and driving the revolutionary growth of the sales department. Now, as Managing Director Nick oversees the entire leadership team as well as driving revolutionary change throughout the business both in the UK and Canada.

  • Scott Chesworth Scott Chesworth Operations Director

    Scott overseas all aspects of product innovation and technical development. With in-depth knowledge of SalesForce (CRM) and related cloud-based applications Scott also manages RAM's internal business processes and operations.

    With 18 years experience in the Motor Industry, James has been instrumental in supporting business growth and strategic planning. Leadership of the finance function to support the business with its significant growth plans and key projects.

  • Michael Dodds Michael Dodds Sales & Customer Support Manager

    Michael boasts over 13 years’ experience in the motor finance and customer service industries.

    Michael joined RAM Tracking in 2014 starting in inside sales, his drive and continued determination to ensure we deliver the best customer service levels means that within just 2 years he now heads up the entire sales and customer service functions - as Sales and Customer Support Manager. Michael’s main goal now is to continue the growth of the internal and external sales team, as well as ensure that we enhance and deliver first class customer service.

    Brad joined RAM straight from college in 2013 at 18 years old. Starting off in Telesales he quickly adapted and excelled in this role.

    Since then,  Brad has gone from strength to strength, this has all contributed hugely to the success and growth of RAM.

    Brad enjoys keeping fit by playing rugby and going to the gym regularly. Outside of work he likes to socialise with his friends.
