January is always the most depressing month of the year, especially with Monday 16th January being labelled “as the most depressing day of the year” (Blue Monday). You may find a rise in staff sickness or holidays booked for this day. According to Cliff Arnall, who first came up with “Blue Monday”, the formula for the most depressing day of the year consists of the weather, debt, time since Christmas, time since failing at New Year’s Resolutions and low motivation.

As the year draws to a close, we’re looking back on 2016. It’s been a good year for RAM and our award-winning vehicle tracking systems. We moved into a bigger workspace, meaning we could expand our workforce, as well as taking part in two Investor in Customers surveys. In April this year, we achieved the two star “Outstanding” accreditation. We listened to the needs of our customers, built on their ideas and implemented new and improved processes, which resulted us investing in another IIC survey in November, and the full top three star “Exceptional” accreditation. RAM is the only tracking company to achieve this esteemed award.
Imagine our surprise when, earlier this year, we received a call from the big man himself, Father Christmas! He wanted to enquire about our GPS vehicle tracking for his sleigh, to increase his productivity on Christmas Eve.
On Friday 16th December, employees here at RAM Tracking took part in Christmas Jumper Day; a bit of fun in the office to raise money for a very serious cause; “Coopas Wish to Walk”.
As we all know, the roads get a little more hectic over the festive period. As well as the unpredictable weather, Christmas shoppers are out in full force, meaning the roads are busier. Read how RAM’s truck tracking can save the day over the Christmas period.
We are pleased to announce that here at RAM Tracking, we have been identified as the only GPS Tracking software provider to secure a three star ‘Exceptional’ rating in customer service from the UK’s leading independent accessor Investor In Customers (IIC).
Van trackers can help to keep your business efficient, profitable and accountable. RAM Tracking allows your company to maximise the productivity of your workforce, whilst minimising time and business costs. It’s like you’re with every one of our drivers without having to be physically there!
Road Safety Week is run by a charity called Brake, who works to prevent road death and injury, make streets and communities safer and support the victims of road crashes. Road Safety Week aims to motivate people to act on road safety and promote lifesaving messages during the week. Their campaign is calling for people to sign a pledge which calls for them to drive less, and if they do, to do everything they can to protect themselves and others around them. Vehicle tracking devices can help you to make your Brake Pledge.
