In April we took the decision to partner with Investor in Customers, a highly recognisable and accredited award for businesses to measure their overall customer experience. Thank you to those customers who took part in this exercise. By doing so, it has given us a deeper insight into the experience all of our customers (past & present) have with us, helping us to continuously build on and improve our processes to exceed your expectations.

Straight away we were awarded with 2 out of 3 stars for outstanding customer experience. We’re glad to see that we were only 0.10% away from getting the full 3 stars for exceptional customer experience – our mission for the next 3 months is to work to achieve this.

We want to take your experience with us from outstanding to exceptional. This page has been specifically designed to keep you up to date with new improvements and enhancements that have been driven directly from your feedback. Boosting our communication levels

We are delighted to announce that we have increased our customer success department by almost 40%. We’ve also launched a number of new proactive customer engagements, such as:

  • Surveys after key milestone events, such as ordering additional trackers, by doing this to allows us to continuously improve your experience with us. What’s more, we’re now proactively calling customers to ensure your training requirements are met and you’re making the most out of your RAM Tracking system.
  • Since its launch, over 250 customers have completed the survey, with over 90% ranking us 5 out of 5 stars.

9 New Reports, Route Replay and Nearest Vehicle & much more, now available on your RAM app!

We are delighted to announce that we have increased our customer success department by almost 40%. We’ve also launched a number of new proactive customer engagements, such as:

  • 9 new reports
    You now have access to a series of reports that you can quickly access, select suitable dates and generate PDFs directly from your mobile phone. In the 'Report Type' box you can now see these reports: Travel, Private, Business, Stop, Detail, Idle, Summary and Green Report.
  • Route Replay
    Simply select the vehicle and the days you want to view and you'll see instantly if your driver has taken the most cost-efficient journey, with a full list of their speeds, colour coded by severity.
  • Nearest Vehicle
    Helping you to get to your emergency call outs even quicker. You now have access to locate the nearest vehicle directly from your phone. Helping you to exceed your customer's expectations now while you're on the go.

Thanks to your feedback we’ve implemented several new processes and seen some fantastic results so far. Have a read below.

  • As a RAM Tracking customer your needs come first. And responding to whatever it is you require is something which we aim to get sorted as quickly as possible, to ensure you are satisfied with the service you paying for. In August we made a 23% improvement in our first-response rate when compared to June.
  • When you require a tracker moving from one vehicle to another it is vital this is done as soon as possible to make sure all your fleet are fully tracked at all times, making sure your business runs smoothly and you stay in full control of all your vehicles. We recognised this. In August we booked in 95% of all defit/refit cases within 1 week of the customer’s request.
  • And of the 95% defit/refit cases booked within 1 week, 89% were booked within the first 2 days of the customer’s initial request. Our highest ratio to date.
