Terms and conditions: This offer is available subject to the following conditions. As part of the referral campaign customers can choose which reward they would like, following a successful appointment and sale of the RAM Tracking system.

  1. The option of choosing either Amazon E-Vouchers and credits will only be awarded to existing RAM Tracking customers.
  2. Non-RAM Tracking customers will be rewarded with Amazon E-Vouchers
  3. The following appointment types are eligible for this campaign. Field appointments, re-appointment, online web demonstration and online web demonstration re-appointment.

Successful completion of appointment

  1. The referring company [company that has made the referral] will be rewarded with either Amazon E-Vouchers or credits, once we have successfully demonstration the RAM Tracking system to a key decision maker within the referee [company that has been referred].
  2. The referring company will be given the option of choosing which reward they would like via email:
    1. $65 in RAM Tracking credits
    2. $40 in Amazon E-Vouchers
  3. We will send you multiple reminders to prompt you to select your reward.

Successful sale of RAM Tracking

  1. $105 in RAM credits or $80 in Amazon E-Vouchers will be rewarded to the company that has made the referral on the completion sale of RAM Tracking for 3-5 vehicles.
  2. $200 in RAM credits or $160 in Amazon E-Vouchers will be rewarded to the company that has made the referral on the completion sale of RAM Tracking for 6-19 vehicles.
  3. $440 in RAM credits or $360 in Amazon E-Vouchers will be rewarded to the company that has made the referral on the completion sale of RAM Tracking for 20+ vehicles.
  4. We will send you multiple reminders to prompt you to select your reward.

Rewards – credits and vouchers

  1. Rewards (credits or vouchers) will only be issued when the appointment is sat, or the new customer’s installation of the RAM Tracking system is complete.
  2. Please allow 40 days from the receipt of payment for the delivery of high street vouchers.
  3. RAM credits will automatically be added to the customer’s account.
  4. There must be an auditable trail of who, when and how the customer has asked to use the credits, either by email or phone.
  5. RAM credits can only be used for de-fit / re-fit. They cannot be used for anything else.
  6. Should the required de-fit / re-fit require extra payment after the credits have been used, the RAM Tracking customer success team have the right to ask for card payments over the phone. When you redeem your credits your de-fit / re-fit is inclusive of VAT.
  7. Should the RAM Tracking customer take the decision to leave us, they forfeit the right to their RAM Tracking credits.
  8. Once you’ve selected to receive the credit reward this cannot be changed into vouchers.

RAM Tracking may decline to accept any recommendations from any potential customer where, in the previous 12 months detailed contractual discussion or demonstrations of RAM products of services has taken place.
