Due to our aggressive growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Success Advisors to join our instillations team working within the Customer Success department. If you want to work in a booming market for a company with endless career opportunities apply to RAM.

The Role

  • Inbound and outbound telephone booking calls to existing customers to organise the instillation of their new tracking units
  • You will also manage the diaries of our field based auto electricians ensuring they are as productive as possible
  • Ongoing training is provided to ensure you have a full understanding of our product and have excellent customer service skills
  • Working hours are 8:30-17:00 (with a 1 hr Team Meeting on a Monday 17:00-18:00 and one in four Saturdays 8:30-17:00)
  • Please note we offer a performance related bonus scheme with realistic OTE of over £3500 per year
  • As we are a close team we have many team building events paid for by the company. Some examples of previous events are; A company trip to Marbella, Friday's at the Races, paintballing, Virtual golf, bowling, curry and quiz nights, rounders and nights out

The Person

Auto-electricians with experience in telematics installations needed nationwide.

We are actively seeking new partnerships with auto-electrical businesses to assist us in the installation and testing of vehicle tracking units for both existing and new customers. RAM Tracking is growing aggressively, we’ve already seen a 70% increase in vehicles tracked with RAM in 2015 alone with even more planned this year.

The role

  • Inbound/outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, to secure appointments for our Business Development Executives
  • Achieve or exceed expected targets meeting call criteria
  • Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality appointments and are booked in advance considering travel times
  • Establish a strong relationship with your Business Development Executive
  • Support with the administration duties including diary management
