A Cumbria Blood Bikes Case Study
Established in 2014, Cumbria Blood Bikes operates a fleet of 11 vehicles as a registered charity entirely run by volunteers. The organisation serves as a crucial courier service for the National Health Service, supporting local hospitals and the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
Group Treasurer Ian Beattie explains that the organisation initially explored vehicle tracking to enhance its Duty of Care processes. Operating in Cumbria and the surrounding areas presents unique challenges:

The straightforward nature of the system allowed for efficient knowledge transfer within the organisation. Key benefits include:
"RAM Tracking is so simple and easy to use, we knew instantly which parts of the system would benefit us. RAM's expert trainers then tailored our training to the areas that we needed."
